Mindfulness Mini-Hike!

Need a breath of fresh air after work? State of the world got you stressed out?

Join us for a family-friendly mini-hike as we take in the beautiful views from Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook State Park. 

Participants will have an opportunity to use binoculars and learn about the fascinating ecology of the park from knowledgeable hike leaders.

While this short hike will be at a relaxed pace, there will be unpaved surfaces and some uphill sections.

We will meet in the top parking lot adjacent to the visitor center. This lot fills quickly, so you may need to park elsewhere and walk to the meet-up location.

***Minors are required to be accompanied by parent or guardian***
